New Year Nail Ideas

I’m going with a simple, sparkly silver polish for this year’s new year celebration. Are you doing anything festive beauty-wise this year? If your haven’t given it much thought, here are some of my favorite looks I’ve found that can easily be replicated at home!

The first one is SO pretty and clean! I haven't done my nails in a few weeks now (2 consecutive weeks of nailpolish = heavy splitted nail ends) and I still don't know what I'll do for NYE anyway so I'm not sure I'll beauty-up… but should we all wait a special occasion to do so? ;)

  I love that first one too! I've even changed my mind on the silver. I'm going to attempt the first one for the new year! I don't normally do much with nails either, but with such a great excuse and fun ideas… Why not? Enjoy it! :)

I got acrylics done for my nails about three weeks ago. Don't know if I will do anything to them since I have the pearl french tips. Pretty ideas, though. Would use some if I didn't fail on putting nail polish.

  Haha, you get better with practice. French nails are always a classic favorite of mine anyway!

I love the first example so much! I wish I could do that to my nails.

I was inspired by your post and bought a jar of dark grey sequin like polish from Nicole by OPI to wear tomorrow! It isn't as fancy looking as the first pic but fun and funky none the less!

  Me too! I'm going to give that one a shot. I need to pick up my own sequin like polish… I'm going to have to borrow my sister's for now. Glad the post inspired you! I figure for the new year… Why not?
